The Balance Cushion is an extremely versatile piece of equipment combining the advantages of a Gym Ball, Sitting Wedge and Wobble Board. It can be used for a wide range of applications ranging from muscle strengthening and joint stabilisation, to post natal care.
This product can benefit anyone from children to the older generation.
The dome shape and unevenness of the cushion add an element of instability, maximising effort and enhancing results. The balance cushion has large spiky dimples on one side for standing and very small dimples on the reverse side for sitting.

Various Exercises

Place your balance cushion on your office chair and the cushion will force you to sit tall with good posture, eliminating any back and neck pains you may experience when slouching in a chair.
Used while standing or lying on the floor, the dome shape and unevenness of the cushion add an element of instability, maximising effort and enhancing results.
Or use multiple cushions when doing squats, lunges or push-ups for an even greater challenge.
Difficulty level can be increased by deflating the cushion.
  • For a basic exercise start by standing on two cushions as you get acquainted with it try balancing with one cushion.
  • As you get use to the balance cushion you can increase your exercises to include curls, squats lunges, push-ups etc.
  • Increase difficulty can be done by using both feet on one cushion or performing exercises on one leg.
  • Advanced exercises can be used by adding dumbbells, exercise cords and medicine balls into your workout.

Active Sitting
